You taken yourself camping lately? What did you take with you for that extra comfort? T
hese days there are so many supplies available to make the great outdoors seem more and more comforting, and to create a safe haven for us all. From sturdy, near indestructable tents to portable showers, campfire grills, camping heaters, and so much more than you could possibly imagine. So are any of these things actually NEEDED at all times when camping out in the bush?
I know i always take a knife, and you could call me old fashioned but its just my thing. No matter what you find imperitive to your camping trip, I'll bet you can find it on the net.
How often do you find yourself with your home in the rear view mirror, on your way camping? Do you prefer the steady "once a year" deals or just cant get out of the woods and spend ALL your time there?
I have to admit that, although id like to more, my family has fallen into the trap of being annual campers. Work, school and other responsibilities keep us rooted to our house. Although i started out not using much in the great outdoors, we have built up quite a repetoir over the years. I have to blame my extremely city folk wife for this. Whenever we go somewhere, we might as well be taking the entire house with us. And whats the latest addidtion you may ask? A damn camping heater. Have you ever heard of such a thing eh?
What is really the point to one, its supposed to be nature! Well it turns out that camping heaters have been around for longer than i thought, having been used for ice fishing tents. My wife is definately the cold blooded one in our family, she always appears to be shivvering while we're all sweating. Thats why i decided we did need one. Especially seeing as i love camping in fall and winter. This, coupled with the fact that i cant be kicked out onto a couch when camping, meant i had to aquire one for the next trip. Oh and by the way, i love to camp in the colder months as the mossies and other bugs are hiding away, and the poison ivy is all dead.
So open another browser window and find out where in the world wide web you can find the next addition to your camping trips. A camping heater.
