Fast Food is Healthy

The way you deep fry chicken at home is the way KFC will deep fry chicken at their store. KFC is even better at draining the excess oil becasue they have something to place the fried chicken onto and let the oil drip. Whichever food it is, the basics of cooking stay the same.

What makes food unhealthy is what you use to cook it with or what you add to it. Case in point, when you get a burger, you sometimes get one with too much mayonnaise on it. Take the Whopper for instance. This is a well known poor food product. You would never consider it a healthy fast food. However, if you order it with just the basics, like ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions, it's not nearly as bad.

If you rely on fast foods for sustenance because you simply do not have the time to look for better food, just remember to flick off a few of the condiments or add-ons to keep it healthy.
