A lot of people ususally are not satisfied with the company they are working for. Most of this stems from the fact that most people did not get the job they wanted. The best favor you can do for yourself and the company is to look for that job you like and move on. Before you tell me how hard it is to run around submitting applications. Let me tell you about one word. Internet. The most efficient way to look for a job is by using the internet. This is so because information on different databases are catalogued by the computer. If someone asks for where Timbuktu is, the internet can, and most probably will point you in the right direction. One more thing, since all you need to look for that dream job is by using the internet through a computer, you don't really have to absent yourself from work to run wild in the city.
Now, get on your computer and log on to the Internet. Open a search engine such as Google.com or Yahoo.com. The World-Wide-Web has made it easy for us. When you take advantage of sites such as Monster.com or Careerbuilder.com, you can do a local job search, or search for positions across the nation. If you can't bring these sites up, just punch the keywords "local job search" into your favorite search engine and you will be well on your way. The great thing about these websites is that they are free to browse through. You can narrow your search based on your degree and area. Or maybe you want to find out what's available nationwide regarding your current job title. Let the search engine do all the work for you. You will be presented with a list of available positions. Most specify the required skills, education, and available salary. Life doesn't get any easier than that.
Somehow you failed to come up with the results you wanted. Try it this way. Search for a job description instead of putting in a job title. Words like "doctor, LDS Hospital" or nurse, "LDS Hospital" will give you more results than typing in "Head of Neurosurgery, LDS Hospital, Salt Lake City, UT".
